I think I speak for everyone when I say 2020 has been a bit of a rubbish year,
but it's not all been bad. Here is a little round up of our Year.
Fresh out of lockdown on Sunday 26th July we saw the launch of our website after lots of hard work and time, the Saz & Sew journey begun.
Over the last 4 months we have released 17 Exclusive Fabric Designs!
Grey Days - Parasaurolophus Stomp - Hop To It - Rhinos In The Wild - Ice Lolly Sprinkles - Counting Stars - Leaf It Out - Naughts & Crosses - Enchanted Garden - Rawrsome - Outa Space - Teal Leopard - Bearly Bear - Guide My Sleigh - Busy Bees - Bee The Change - Blustery Day
Since opening we've had orders for 102 pairs of Leggings, 24 Jumpers & 44 Long Rompers! We had a successful Market Night and we had a stall at a local market in Bowness-On-Windermere which was a little chilly but fun!
We have ordered around 155m of our Exclusive Fabrics, most popular being Grey Days, Teal Leopard, Bearly Bear & Enchanted Garden.
We have had 6 wonderful Brand Reps since opening, who have helped Saz & Sew grow! We will be holding another Brand Rep Search after Christmas for our next round of Reps to start at the end of January.
We have recently made changes to our packaging to make it more eco friendly, we swapped out our boxes to compostable bags which can also be reused as they come with a second glue line. The bags can be put in with your green garden waste, in your compost bin if you have one or even in your garden under the soil! The compost down within 12 Months so even if they do end up in landfill we know they won't be around for long!
Our goals for next year are to continue releasing exclusive designs supporting independent designers and small businesses (we already have a few new ones lined up for Spring & Summer time).
We are also hoping to introduce a few new products, accessories & styles in the New Year. As always if there is anything you'd like to see just drop me a message, I am always open to ideas and suggestions if they will work for us as a business.
And on that note, I'm going to round this up and leave it here...
I just want to thank each and every one of you who has supported Saz & Sew.
From liking/commenting/sharing posts, sending messages and interacting with us, purchasing items from us, showing off your gorgeous Littles in our makes, telling your friends and family all about us.
It is so greatly appreciated, more than you know, you are helping my little business grow and it means the world to me!
Wishing you all a very Merry Christmas and hopefully a much kinder New Year!
Heres to saying Goodbye to 2020!
